Gentek have a dedicated Team; headed by Dr. V.V.Chavan (See the Annexure I ) who has vast experience in the field of Herbal Drying/Extraction and direct experience of the European Industries for over a decade. Further, Gentek is operated by a team of Biochemists, Horticulturists, Chemical Engineers and also Ayurvedic Doctors; all experts in their own right. This team is backed up by a large number of the Indian and International Research Institutes and Universities.


Like Ayurveda, the company's vision is also holistic. Company will introduce the best of herbs to the three industrial segments whose products are directly in contact with human beings; these industries are:

         Cosmetics/Health Care.
         Pharmaceuticals/Neutraceuticals.
         Agrochemicals.


These industries cover Gentek's market. Gentek have various herbal/ botanical/natural ingredients for them. These are made available in the form of actives, extracts, oils, oleoresins and herbal powders. Gentek also have a range of Herbal Product Concepts. With this background Gentek have gone 'In Search of Nature' and created Modern 'Process Facilities'.

Gentek runs a Nursery to make plantlets available to farmers who wish to cultivate. Plantlets, that they do not have, are made available from the other Nurseries in India or abroad. Gentek thus ensures the supply of good and reliable raw materials.

Process facilities (See the Annexure II) are created inline with the
